We’re looking for a positive, confident individual to join our professional team in developing digital strategies using SEO, social media, paid search, content strategies, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with business owners and helping them understand how digital marketing can support their specific business objectives. A deep understanding of the basics of marketing are crucial to success in this role.
The senior digital strategist will work closely with YDOP’s clients, the digital team, and account services departments to execute effective strategies that support our clients’ business objectives. You’ll be looked to as the expert on how to embrace new innovations in digital marketing, to effectively execute digital strategies, evaluate their success using data, and improve results across clients’ digital channels over time.
You’ll build innovative campaign strategies that leverage data-backed insight in order to support our client’s goals. You understand the modern digital advertising landscape and bring the best recommendations to our clients. You will bring support to our digital team and ensure the campaigns are expertly built, managed and reported.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Customer-focused: A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success is needed; a strong knowledge of digital marketing channels & tools, including SEO, social media, PPC, & content marketing is required. Marketing agency experience is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Experience with analytics & reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMrush, is needed.
Systematic: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Creative & Strategic: Ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results.
Organized: Ability to manage details, work with multiple deadlines, and work efficiently to succeed under pressure.
Self-starter: Fully engaged in the job. You are hardworking & motivated and take responsibility & ownership of your work.
