NEXT! 2018: Smart Strategies for Local Business Leaders
admin | May 9, 2018
Join us on June 21, 2018, at the Lancaster Country Club for this Google-sponsored, Lancaster Chamber event.
In partnership with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Local University, YDOP is bringing some of the leading local business marketers to central Pennsylvania on June 21, 2018, to help business leaders learn about relevant internet changes that will impact local businesses in the coming year.
Smart business leaders recognize how important the internet is to their business to remain competitive and to thrive, but they struggle to keep up. Technology and user-behaviors are changing so fast. Worse, there’s no shortage of biased advice from marketers. While technology and the internet can be intimidating to some local business leaders, it is important for an organization’s decision makers to have that vital, big-picture understanding of how to best direct marketing efforts in the coming year.
This event is designed to give our area businesses the powerful advantage they need, with first-to-know information about Google’s changes along with other must-know information about marketing in 2018. Speakers from Local University, Google and YDOP’s Steve Wolgemuth will share recent updates and strategies that when implemented, create a competitive advantage.
The schedule is a practical mix of presentations and round-table exercises – a great format for learning and for business networking with other business stakeholders. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the speakers — including two Google team members — and ask them questions during break times, in round-table discussions, and at the panel discussion at the end of the day.
